1. Data controller

The data controller for the data collected through this Website is Aevoran, domiciled for these purposes in Valencia (Spain), with contact email: info@mimetry.com.

2. Purpose of data processing

Aevoran’s tools (Pomodoro timer, flashcards, and citation generator) do not require sign-up. Any content you generate with them is stored only in your own browser, and Aevoran never has access to it.

The only data processing we carry out is:

  • Support: Responding to inquiries you send us by email.
  • Analytics and advertising: We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used, and Google AdSense to display advertising. Both services use cookies and may collect browsing data. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

Aevoran guarantees that:

  • It does NOT require sign-up or user accounts of any kind to use its tools.
  • It does NOT store on its servers the content you generate with the tools (flashcards, bibliography): this lives only in your browser.
  • It does NOT share, transfer, or sell personal data to third-party companies under any circumstances, beyond the data that Google Analytics and Google AdSense automatically collect for their own operation, subject to Google’s own privacy policies.
  • It does NOT send advertising emails, newsletters, or direct marketing campaigns.
  • It does NOT collect or process financial or payment data.

3. Data collected

Since there is no sign-up or user accounts, Aevoran does not directly collect personal data, unless you choose to write to us by email. In that case, we will process your email address and the content of your message solely to respond to your inquiry.

Indirectly, through Google Analytics and Google AdSense, browsing data is collected via cookies and similar technologies (such as IP address, device type, or pages visited), for statistical analysis and advertising purposes. 4. Data retention

Since there are no user accounts, Aevoran does not retain personal data linked to any profile. The content you generate with the tools is kept only in your own browser, for as long as you don’t delete it or switch device/browser — its retention depends entirely on you, not on Aevoran.

If you write to us by email, we keep that message only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry. Data collected by Google Analytics and Google AdSense is retained according to Google’s own policies, unrelated to Aevoran.

5. User rights

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Aevoran is processing personal data concerning them. You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, and Objection by sending an email to info@mimetry.com.
